We Require Ongoing Training
RJP Construction has been the recipient for several years running for Associated Builders & Contractors Step Safety Award & Utah Labor Commission Safety Award. RJP has one of the lowest MOD factors for any commercial wood framing construction company in the Western United States. Here are a few examples of ongoing training we require from our carpenters:
Superintendents Training
All RJP Construction Superintendents complete the OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health program. This advanced training equips our leadership with the knowledge to recognize hazards, enforce safety standards, and maintain efficient, compliant job sites across every project.
Certified Crane & Rigging Operations
RJP’s crane and rigging teams are fully certified professionals trained to perform safe and accurate lifts in compliance with OSHA and industry standards. Every lift whether for trusses, panels, or heavy timber—is handled with precision and full safety oversight.
Employee Safety Certification
Every RJP employee holds an OSHA 10-Hour certification, ensuring a consistent foundation of safety awareness and job site responsibility. From day one, our crews are trained to identify risks, follow best practices, and contribute to a safe working environment.
SiteDocs Safety Management
Every RJP job site utilizes the SiteDocs Safety Program for digital safety management. This platform enables real-time reporting, inspections, and documentation - ensuring compliance, communication, and accountability are built into our daily operations.
Equipment Operation Training
All RJP equipment operators maintain up-to-date certifications for the machinery they use, from forklifts to aerial lifts and beyond. This training ensures safe operation, reduced downtime, and consistent quality across every job site.
Product & Material Training
Our crews receive ongoing training on product data, material performance, and installation requirements. Staying current on manufacturer specifications and modern construction methods allows us to deliver projects that exceed expectations in both quality and longevity.
