Apex Project-Park City, Utah
One of RJP's current projects is the Apex Condominiums in Park City, Utah. This project is 10 separate buildings that will house either an upper-end duplex or single unit condos. RJP will also be installing custom timber decks that run off the front of the building. We are excited to see the finished product!
Herriman Towne Center Finished

Herriman Towne Center
RJP has been working on several framing projects at the Herriman Towne Center one of them being the outdoor gazebo. One of the key elements to structural stability for this project is the compression ring in the center of the roof. This ring acts like a cornerstone does to an archway. It holds the beams in place while the beams holds the ring in place. They work together to stabilize the rest of the Gazebo. We are excited for the rest of the Towne Square to come together.
