RJP Construction Inc. was founded in the summer of 1995 as a wood-framing subcontractor.  Our company works close with suppliers to provide turn key projects that fit within our customer’s budgets. We have been involved in numerous value engineering projects, cost-plus and competitive bid projects. Because of its success and growth, we have been able to attract and retain many like-minded employees such as Project Mangers, Superintends, and office personal who have been key to our success.  Over the years RJP has grown to over 80 Carpenters at the height of the construction season in most western states. RJP’s main focus is the commercial and multi housing market.
